Engineer together with span times and percent
completes in order to keep work within the
department level loaded.
Responsible for supporting program leadership in
coordinating schedule and program management
activities across stakeholder teams by utilizing
Microsoft Project.
Coordinate information internally with the team
members, other organizations and leadership to
ensure a coordinated flow of information between
all parties.
Bachelors degree and 8+ years of relevant
experience or Masters degree and 5+ years of
experience. In lieu of degree, 15+ years of
related experience will be acceptable.
Required
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Strong MS Project knowledge and experience
- Creative, analytical, self-starter, energetic
and work well in a team environment at all levels
of the organization
- Must have excellent communication skills verbal
and written
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Must be well organized, and support competing
priorities
Preferred
- Experience working in a test lab environment
- Prior experience in an aerospace environment
- Project Management certification PMP
- Understanding of LEAN/Continuous
