<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Project ManagerTracking Code9020-194Job DescriptionTheProjectManagerwill be responsible for the project planning, development, implementation, maintenance and enhancements for internally developed and Package Based Enterprise Project and related systems.&#160;This key leadership role will develop project plans, resource plans, cost and benefit analysis and manage the development and production of other project related documentation including weekly status reports, issue logs, business and functional requirements, process changes and use cases.&#160; The Project Manager will ensure completion of all deliverables within schedule, budget and quality constraintsRequired Skills* Encourages de-centralized decision-making within teams, but acts as escalation point when consensus decisions can not be reached.* Works closely with the business process lead to achieve project commitments* Work with the business process lead to obtain user resources involved with assigned projects.* Approve or recommend all required commitments against project.* Manages project budget and supports funding activities* Manages internal as well as external resources.Facilitate communication to all involved, executive management through project resources, and manage stakeholder relationships, assuring overall customer satisfaction with programs and projects* Provides status reports, presentations and demonstrations to all levels of management both within PMO and business partner groups* Establish and update project and program plans with actual and forecasts and manage deviations from plan and project parameters.* Manage program and project risk, develop mitigation plans, and escalate decisions and unresolved issues as needed.* Constantly leverage data from previous Iterations and Releases to plan for next time box, thereby improving estimation as Iterations/Releases queue up over time* Ensure all program and project requirements and/or objectives are properly documented and vigorously pursued to deliver the final product.* Conduct project pre-initiation assessments, analysis, and research as required assisting in portfolio planning and business case development.&#160; This will include, but not be limited to, business case development, cost benefit analysis, initial requirements solicitation, initial project timeline estimates, and initial staffing assessments.* Conduct After Action Review to assess Project effectiveness and plans for improvements* Assure the close of all project documentation and archival of appropriate records and contribute to process and methodology improvement based on performance analysis and lessons learned.* Supports the PMO Director in promoting and managing constant feedback and metrics in order to improve project processes as Iterations/Releases roll from one to another* Practice Continuous planning - open to changing business conditions, technology and system changes* Understand and comply with government regulations regarding work, including but not limited to Sarbanes-Oxley and PCI regulationsRequired ExperienceTechnology and Experience&#160;* Have a solid understanding of various retail systems and how they operate so as to lead a team of developers, business analysts, test engineers and various vendors as project needs dictate.* Understanding of PCI regulations is helpful.* PMI Certification a plus* Solid understanding of MS Project, Excel, Word and Visio.* Understanding of retail product data models.* Minimum 8-12 Years IT Experience* Understanding of the ITIL framework is a plus.* Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Implementation Manager, or Build Lead will be very beneficial.&#160;&#160;Project Management / Management&#160;* BA/BS or equivalent work experience* Ability to build, maintain and encourage a positive team environment that promotes a creative approach to problem solving and issue resolution.* Be flexible in approach and willing to help map new processes where none exist as the project moves through the d
