Recent college graduates considered.Responsible for contacting customers on a regular basis, work toward securing sales, adhering to and enforcing Company policy, interact productively with all janitorial, supervisory and personnel and deal with insurance, legal, supply, expenses and correspondence directly related to his or her assigned area or accounts. Must adhere to branch financial goals through submitting Reports and as well as monitor and oversee other labor costs related to assigned area or accounts. Emphasis would be on excellent customer relations skills. Establishing strong working relationships with customers and work through frontline personnel (supervisors, site supervisors, fore people, janitors, etc.).MUST HAVE JANITORIAL EXPERIENCEOperations:Ensure company standards are met in compliance with janitorial operations and servicing contractual obligations to customers within specified budget of labor and expense.Policy:Responsible for adhering to and enforcing established company policy and making sure assigned subordinates do likewise.Customer Relations:Contact with customers to ensure services meet service contract requirements and ensure customer retention. Meet with clients on a regular basis.Sales:Work consistently toward securing new sales.Personnel:Understand and use proper personnel management skills to resolve problems with employee and supervisory personnel.Hiring:Work with the Human Resources Department to make sure janitorial and supervisory personnel are hired in order to operate business within area of direct responsibility properly.Supervision:Carry out both positive recognition and disciplinary action as needed. Train subordinates as needed.Staffing/Financial:Maintain business in line with branch financial goals by managing job budgets and costs associated to area of direct responsibility.Unions:Know, understand and follow the union Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) so as to maintain a productive working relationship with them.Safety:Ensure that company policy and all safety requirements are administered properly. Ensure both you and your subordinates investigate immediately (24 hours) and thoroughly all work-related accidents.Supplies/Expense:Ensure subordinates provide proper supply levels to all accounts within supply expense budget given. No discretionary spending without PRIOR approval of branch management.Insurance:Responsible for reporting of accidents involving personnel, vehicles, public liability, property damage and fidelity claims. District manager assists in reviewing workers compensation claims relevant to area of responsibility to ensure proper handling.Law:Must know the city, state and federal laws and regulations that affect company business and know what licenses are required to operate the business.Correspondence:Keep the branch manager advised of problems and be punctual in returning all correspondence and m
