<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Our Casino is seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager who is responsible for managing the purchasing activities and day to day operations of the Purchasing Department and the staff consisting of a Buyer, Lead Receiver & Receivers, Purchasing Admin. Clerk and Wardrobe Department. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)Provides excellent internal and external Guest Service.Regularly communicates, develops and maintains relationships with outside vendors, Purchasing Staff, the Executive Chef, Director of F&B and Director of Finance along with other Team MembersEstablishes, maintains and manages the purchasing, receiving, warehousing and inventory control processes for the departmentAssures that purchasing and pricing history records are maintained in compliance with the company policy and procedures including having all required approvals obtainedWorks with the Buyers in making sure the best prices of purchased goods are obtained while not sacrificing quality.Negotiates agreements and contracts and maintains the record management of each contractEnsures that the Inventory Control System (Food Trak) is maintained accuratelyResponsible for monthly inventory and management of the WarehouseWilling and able to work odd or irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays. RequirementsEXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:Minimum of 7 years purchasing experience preferred with at least 3 of those years serving in a purchasing management/supervisory role.Knowledge working with Inventory Control Systems.Food & Beverage experience/background strongly preferred.Excellent written and oral communication skills in the English language.  Bilingual a plusProficient MS Office programs (e.g. MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet research, etc.)Valid CA Drivers License which includes no more than three citations in any one year period and no Felony driving convictions. High School Diploma/GED equivalent.
