<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Provides constant, attentive and friendly service to guests. Greets and escorts patrons to tables. Provides menus to guests. Helps bus tables in buffet as needed. Tracks and records coupons. Follows proper procedures for redeeming comps, coupons and gift certificates. Relay any complaints, problems or positive remarks to Shift Manager or Shift Supervisor. Maintains assigned workstation and section. Attend and pass a written test from TipS program. Able to maintain a hospitable and team atmosphere with fellow staff. Sell alcohol beverages and food to guests, following TipS guidelines. Inspects buffet for neatness and cleanliness, and requisitions other dining room supplies for tables and serving stations. Operates, balances and reconciles cash  credit card transactions, and follow proper procedures for closing and balancing tills. Signs in all guests under the age of twenty-one years of age in the arcade. Supervises the children signed in to the arcade. Sales, prepares, and serves food as needed. General housekeeping. Totals receipts, at end of shift, to verify sales and clears cash register. Follow established departmental policies and procedures. Follow established company and departmental standards for personal appearance and behavior. Attend all training meetings. Assist in other projects, as directed. Other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS Minimum 18 years of age, Hepatitis A shot, slip resistant shoes. QUALIFCATIONS High School Diploma or General Education Degree GED is preferred and/or one to three months related experience and/or training. Must have previous experience with Point of Sale POS system. Candidate must have previous customer service and cash handling experience.
