information.
- Uses research to create and maintain files,
records and reports.
- Call Assessors and Recorders Office.
- Locate pertinent Affixture documents/UCC
filings.
- Search DMV records, if Vin# is available /verify
if mobile home is registered.
- Research loan origination documentation.
- Research Manufacturer/dealer for Manufactured
Home if available.
- Obtain lien releases from prior registered
lenders.
- Communicate with client to obtain additional
origination docs and property inspection.
- Communicate with attorneys, vendors, for status
of Curative work.
- Obtain and complete any documents required by
applicable state DMV to issue a certificate of
title, duplicate thereof, or to surrender existing
certificate of title.
- Record appropriate MH Affixture document with
corresponding County Clerks Office.
- Miscellaneous functions scanning, copying, and
assisting with department procedures.
- 1-3 years of directly related industry work
experience.
- Mortgage Banking experience is a plus.
- Excellent oral communication skills.
- An attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the
ability to deal with irate customers in a
professional manner.
- Ability to work independently with minimal
supervision.
- Experience utilizing Windows software
