JOB SUMMARY:

<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>The Pat Moore Foundation will be hiring a Maintenance Worker for its Drug and Alcohol recovery facility. This position is responsible for house maintenance and must discuss any repairs needed with the Executive Director or Administrative Director AND with the Chief Financial Officer. Also maintains the grounds at all houses, ensuring safety outside the homes as well as inside. Shares responsibility of maintaining company-owned vehicles, including but not limited to washing, oil changes, etc. Needs to make sure all vehicles are safe to drive.
Qualifications - Must not use alcohol or drugs, must maintain current certifications for CPR and first aid, must have a valid California drivers license and obtain a DMV printout of driving record, must have proof of insurance.
This position is full time and is eligible for benefits after six months of employment.
