Achieve Region sales targets outlined for region. Specific profit targets may be outlined for a later date.
Recommend, develop and implement breakthrough sales initiatives to re-define the full sales potential of the
Region.
Manage sales team within territory, including a Lead Generation Specialist.
Recruit and manage regional resellers to represent the companys products to institutions throughout the
territories.
Implement marketing campaigns and sales incentives to achieve objectives.
Participation in planning of budget for the region, including sales objectives, expenses and expected returns.
Execute pricing guidelines and maintain target gross profit margin.
Update and maintain accurate forecast on a weekly basis using companys customer relationship management
systems.
Responsible for hiring and if necessary termination of all employees employed in the area.
