This is a 3 month assignment paying $16.50 per hour that will start in ASAP.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for accurate and timely processing of RFPs. This includes monitoring general mailbox, reviewing the bid specifications, logging RFPs into company multiple company databases completely and accurately.Utilize various software packages such as spreadsheets, word processing, e-mail, data base and web-based quoting program. Must be highly detail oriented, able to work in fast-paced environment and have excellent data entry and communication/collaboration skills.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCERequires a high school diploma, 2 years administrative experience, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Proficiency with personal computer and appropriate software required.
