<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Facility Maintenance Worker New this week Provide maintenance and upkeep of  facilities including, painting, janitorial work, minor plumbing and electrical repairs, installation of bulletin boards and shelves, hang pictures, move furniture and equipment, light carpentry, etc. Perform preventative maintenance including cleaning gutters HVAC, check for water leaks and bubbles on roof, etc. Use lock-out/tag-out procedures when replacing faulty electrical outlets, ballasts, bulbs, etc. Inventory, order, and maintain general and janitorial supplies. Set up meeting rooms. Purchase, pick up and deliver items and perform various other errands as assigned. Requirements High School education or equivalent. Four years facility maintenance experience, including the use of hand tools, with basic understanding of building materials, painting, mechanical and electrical systems lock-out/tag-out procedures, basic plumbing and general janitorial work cleaning products, MSDS, and grounds maintenance playgrounds, gates, etc.. Interact with others in a tactful, diplomatic manner, have good judgment, and problem solving skills. Ability to safely drive a 15 ft. open box passenger van, have and maintain reliable transportation, valid California drivers license, evidence of auto insurance and insurable driving record.
Salary $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
