The seasoned Traffic Manager willwork with the internal Graphic Design Group to facilitate workflow onretail and channel graphics projects. Duties include helping todevelop internal traffic systems, creating schedules and trackingproject progress, routing work for review and approval, opening andclosing projects, and training team members.The position is full time in Cupertino and requires a minimum of 5years of experience in traffic management within a creative agency.Job Responsibilities? Set up project file organization for both paper and electronicfiles? Train team members on server organization, file naming, androuting procedures? Open and update all projects in database and facilitateaccurate feedback and tracking? Create and maintain project job jackets, including briefs,schedules, reference material, specifications, and legal requirements? Coordinate use of image assets and messaging with teammembers, including creatives, asset management, imaging, printmanagers, and image producers? Create and maintain project deliverables lists? Maintain and distribute weekly \\&quot;hot sheet\\&quot;of projectpriorities to team members? Develop, revise, and distribute project schedules? Route layouts, renderings, mechanicals, and proofs forinternal review? Schedule hand-off to production and insure project milestonesare met? Archive project files and assets with responsible parties? Minimum 5 years experience working as a traffic manager in acreatively driven environment, including 3 years experience workingas a traffic manager on retail design projects?
