The Customer Reference Program Specialist is responsible for engaging with global customers to communicate how they use our clients’ Collaboration Solutions for substantial business benefit. These powerful, authentic voices will be translated into a variety of unique customer reference assets to drive awareness, close sales, and expand adoption of our clients’ Collaboration technology solutions. The program spans written and video case studies for both customers and partners, placement of customers at external events, support of analyst relations and public relations initiatives, strong presence of customer assets on web (internal and external).The ideal candidate is flexible and comfortable in working on a variety of projects and in varying capacities within the customer reference program team. The consultant will also have a strong understanding of customer relationships and experience interfacing with cross-functional, global teams.Responsibilities:* Building relationships with customers at the executive level to build the reference program assets: * Project managing the creation of customer assets such as videos and case studies. Contact customers, gain approval for participation in the program, schedule customer interviews, hire writers, etc.* Driving cross-functional teams to ensure customers are approached with one corporate voice for reference requests* Connecting customers who can validate the business transformational value of Collaboration Solutions with press and analysts to increase buzz, awareness and positive discussion* Working with account managers and partners to identify interesting uses of Collaboration technologies* Project managing a pipeline of opportunities and ensuring that projects are completed in a timely manner* Identifying customers for speaking placements at internal and external/industry events; crafting and submitting abstracts* Supporting customer events such as Collaboration Summits and customer loyalty events* Building a strong web presence on external web site and internal web site to promote customer assets* Promoting customer successes through customer roundtables, blogs, web banner ads, integration into Go To Market playsSkills:* 3+ years’ experience in marketing, preferably in a software company. Marketing experience in Collaboration technologies preferred* Experience working with customers, press, analysts and/or corporate communications teams required* Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product Management, Early Field Trial teams and Sales to lead and execute on a wide variety of product marketing initiatives* Strong organizational, analytical, project management and execution capabilities* Excellent communication and presentation skills* High attention to detail, organized, creative, flexible, collaborative and have an ability to effectively operate in a highly fast-paced environment* Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite* BA/BS in Marketing, Communications or similar * Experience with international markets a plusRate:D.O.E., as a w2 employee of Crawford GroupLocation:Fully offsite/remote.
