In general, we'll need to design and implement three different pieces including BPS application, SEE/Custom security code for HSM and finally a custom Certificate Authority (CA). We need a couple of excellent C/C++ programmers that have hands-on security application development experience including solid working security concepts such as cryptography, secure programming, embedded programming (for HSM), security data handling (ASN.1 encoding, PKCS/XML security standards) and finally PKI. This position is involved in working with CoreOS/iOS platform architecture team to design solution from high-level architecture perspective, but also detailed design specification which is subject to the scrutiny of CoreOS/iOS security screening. In addition, the code produced by those in this position must satisfy the required security code audit (line-by-line read of the audit with cross-functional technical audience). The code must not only be secure and functional, but extremely efficient as it often gets cross-compiled for resource-challenged embedded security application/module environment. Another function of this position is to evaluate existing crypto solutions, provide technical recommendation and (as necessary) quickly adopt and migrate the current implementation to use these new solutions.- 5+ years of experience in security application development space- Working knowledge in cryptography, PKCS standards, PKI, ASN.1, openssl- Excellent C/C++ programming skills- Excellent in Unix OS platforms including scripting languages (i.e. Perl)- Experience in writing detailed design specification- Must be security mind oriented
