This engineering organization will consist of the Tooling Engineering, CMF Engineering and Process Engineering teams. The right individual will be able to direct managers and manage junior to senior level engineers through tactical activities while serving as advisor on developing future solutions to meet a rapidly growing business.The Role:The main purpose of the Process Engineering Specialist Senior Manger is to oversee aspects of the business within your functioning areas. You will be required to develop world-class procedures that drive technical advancement and reduce cost, all while meeting or exceeding requirements.* Provide senior leadership and strategic direction to the tooling organization to help drive efficiencies and common practices.* Provide senior leadership to CMF and process-engineering teams to meet PD design intent, ID design intent, quality expectations and delight Customers.* Drive teams to effectively collaborate with GCM, Product Design and Industrial Design enhance user experience, manufacturing quality and reduce cost.* Work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless processes/adherence to policies.* Leads process implementation of new tooling and CMF strategies during new product introduction.Basic Qualifications* A degree in Engineering required.
