<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Maintenance personnel are responsible for maintaining the restaurant facilities in a clean and sanitary condition for our guests and employees. Duties include cleaning restrooms, wiping off tables and chairs in dining area and playland,emtying all trash receptacles, sweeping and mopping floors throughout restaurant, washing all windows, cleaning exterior of restaurant including patio, walkways, walls, parking lot, drive-thru lanes, trash storage area and surrouding neighborhood within 1 block of restaurant, and cleaning stockroom, walk-in refrigerator and freezer, and crew break area. Additionally, maintenance personnel will be trained to perform preventative maintenance on restaurant equipment including toasters, grills, fryers, and HVAC among others. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. on a repetative basis.
