Biosense Webster, Inc., combines leading-edge technology with a tradition of quality and responsiveness while partnering with the physician to optimize patient outcomes.The Manager of US Sales Analytics and Metrics is responsible for providing meaningful, accurate and timely analysis on strategies and metrics to the US sales organization to drive business effectively and efficiently.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESUnder limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position includes the following activities (note: all duties can be assigned):Lead discussion on results on key metrics and compile national/regional/account monthly dashboards to provide objective insights to the management team to execute on action plans; Select and define metrics linked to the sales strategy and performance targets; Proactively identify opportunities for sales performance improvements which includes on-going updates to management on key strategies.Partner with the Sales Organization to prepare and present business reviews at Sales Leadership and Key Sales Business Review Meetings.Partner with cross-functional teams (finance, marketing, sales) to support forecast recommendations for Business Planning and Financial updates.Adhoc Requests for Key Initiatives and Projects; provide analysis and recommendations around project feasibility to Management.Develop and continuously improve sales reports that expedite the execution of key sales activities that will result in improving sales productivity. Coordination with IT, sales, and marketing.Manage system upgrades in preparation for new product launches. Interact with sales and technical team to flawlessly execute installs of systems.Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.Performs other duties assigned as needed.QualificationsBachelor''s Degree required. Masters in related field or MBA preferred. Minimum of 6 years in related field is required. Medical Devices and Diagnostics experience is asset. Experience working with related groups, healthcare is preferred. Previous experience in field sales, sales analytics, finance or related sales support roles is preferred. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines required. Good problem solving and analytical skills to address data inquires and marketplace data issues are required. Advanced EXCEL, PowerPoint and data management skills are required. Experience presenting to Senior Management is preferred. Experience with CRM or other sales force automation and analytic tools preferred. Strong project management experience in managing expectations with internal and external partners, including gathering deliverable requirements, supporting data investigations and providing stewardship of data is highly preferred. Experience working with IT is preferred. Must have roll up sleeves attitude. The role requires frequent exercise of independent judgment and initiative. Supervisory experience is preferred.
