Provides superior customer service. Executes merchandising plans, ensures in stock conditions and maintains operational standards. Responsible for ordering and overseeing the grocery, liquor, frozen and dairy department as well as supervising employees to ensure the department satisfies customer expectations. Supervises night crew operations which includes productivity, training, implementing company initiatives and other duties assigned by the company.
