Instruct and assist users in the correct and efficient use of computer applications. Perform testing, validation, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of new and/or changed computer systems, programs, and applications required for operations. Take part in a schedule of on-call duty for information systems support. Assist with the administration and support of the division’s quality management program activities. Serve as a resource for the division in assuring compliance with all Federal and State laws and regulations, and the requirements of related accrediting agencies.Minimum Education and Skills Required for Consideration:•Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree•Minimum Experience: Five years full?time experience in Blood Bank/Immunohematology•Req.
