<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Inside Sales Assistant should be the backbone support for Sales Managers of respective regions.  The duties include but not limited to -
Answering calls and solving customers questions on product features, systems and solutions, prices, etc.
Making outbound calls to establish relationships with potential or prospect customers
Maintaining relationships with existing customers.
Literature preparation and distribution.
Help with trade show preparations when needed.
Assist Sales Managers with order creation, status check, follow-ups, etc.
Qualifications -
Some college.  Excellent customer service skills
strong written and oral communication skills, presentation skill a plus.  Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook intermediate to advanced level.  Working knowledge of SAP a strong plus.  Must be able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.  Must be a quick learner who can work with minimal supervision.
