As a Best Buy Mobil Wireless Sales Consultant your will work as part of a vibrant team selling a broad range of mobile products and services using a proven structured approach while at the same time developing in-depth knowledge of the latest cell phone technology. Our Wireless Sales Consultants must possess a curiosity and eagerness to solve the customers needs while at the same time develop and foster long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. You will be supported with an intensive orientation and ongoing training program to help you achieve great results. To ensure your success, you will have the opportunity to develop your communication skills, detail orientation and build on your natural talents and strengths in a high-energy, value-based environment. Basic Responsibilities Provide personalized service and exceptional level of expertise for customers. Handle all aspects of the sale including completing customer contracts and warranties and receiving customer payments, cash and credit card/check transactions. Develop, maintain and communicate strong, up-to-date knowledge of wireless products, accessories, pricing plans, and service features. Basic Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent. 6 months experience of retail sales or customer service experience. At least 18 years of age.
