<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Regional Sales Representative will be responsible for the management of our strategic accounts Distributors, integrator relationship development, and growth of our security solution business in Northern California.  The duties include but not limited to - Establish relationship with Strategic Accounts Distributors, Dealers, System Integrators.  Manage our existing key Accounts.  Create and execute on detailed sales plan to achieve revenue objectives.  Maintain monthly forecast and sales pipeline.  Participate in account planning and strategy activity.  Understand and appropriately leverage sales and support resources.  Articulate appropriately at all customers levels the Everfocus products product features and benefits.
Qualifications - Excellent relationship building skills.  Willingness to travel 25% - 50% / assigned territory.  Strong written and oral communication skills, presentation skill a plus.  Familiar with Northern California territory.  Work in Surveillance or Related Industries with 5 or more years experience.  Able to work independently.  Self-motivatedteam and results oriented-pressure environment.  Must be a quick learner who can work with minimal supervision.  High energy drive to close business and exceed assigned sales goals
Strong presentation, sales, negotiation and influencing skills.
