Establishes priorities and assigns work to ensure effective and efficient operations. Inspects completed work for accuracy and compliance with established procedures. Monitors subordinate performance and perform counseling of subordinates as necessary.* Coordinates supply activities with maintenance and training organizations. Computes supply usage factors.* Applies sound management principles in establishing priorities, allocating workload and managing supply operations.* Posts transactions to organizational and installation property books and supporting transaction files. Maintains hand receipts and other related files at the site supply level.* Maintains automated supply system for accounting of supplies and equipment. Prepares automated reports as requested on current status of site supplies and equipment.* Applies principles of ADP input, filing, processing, and output techniques and capabilities to supply operations.* Reviews and annotates changes to unit equipment status reports.* Assists in the development of equipment requirements, PLL, shop supplies, and equipment records.* Assists in the development and update of lesson plans. Provides training for supply section personnel. Provides TAMMIS training to both unit and site supply personnel.* Manages the site supply library, providing oversight and assisting as needed to assure completeness and currency.* Performs other duties as assigned by the Equipment Manager.* Performs technical supply management work (inventory management, storage management) elated to depot, local, or other supply activities.* Possesses working knowledge of the governing supply systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, or other established guidelines; an understanding of the needs of the organization serviced; and analytical ability to define or recognize the dimension of the problems involved, to collect the necessary data, to establish the facts, and to take or recommend action based upon application or interpretation of established guidelines.* Compiles material inventory records (inventory management, storage management) and prepares requisitions for procurement of materials and supplies.* Compiles data from work orders and other specifications detailed production sheets or work tickets for use by production workers as guides in assembly or manufacture of products.Qualifications:Basic Qualifications:* Must be a U.S. Citizen.* Must have previous Army experience* Must have five years recent experience as a supply technician, MOS 92-series or civilian equivalent with two of the years within an organizational level operations, having served within unit-level (battalion and lower) operations. Service in a field medical organization is preferred but not required. * Must have five years supervisory experience in a supply environment, with two or more years of experience in property management.* Experience with inventory management, storage management elated to depot, local, or other supply activities.* Experience with verifying materials (or merchandise) against receiving documents, noting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages; routing materials to prescribed storage locations; storing, stacking, or palletizing materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods; rearranging and taking inventory of stored materials; examining stored materials and reporting deterioration and damage; removing material from storage and preparing it for shipment.* Solid working knowledge of the governing supply systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, or other established guidelines.* Must have excellent organizational skills.* Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.* Must have, or be able to obtain a current Cl
