Operate, disassemble, and maintain site equipment at the operator level.* Responsible for primary instruction of clinical labs, medical simulators, simulations, Combat Lifesavers and MOS/AOC sustainment training for 68W Health Care Specialist. Support sustainment training for 68D OR, 68Q Pharmacy, 68S Preventive Medicine, 68V Respiratory specialists.* Assist with the physical layout of all training areas and in developing supply and equipment requirements for training operations. Conduct risk assessments and risk mitigation. Ensure all safety and environmental requirements and considerations are implemented prior to the start of training or work. * Individual will satisfactorily complete observer/controller (O/C) training and serve as O/C to those units/personnel being evaluated. Conduct After Action Reviews (AARs) and provide results to units/personnel to identify shortcomings for resolution. Utilize AAR
