Evaluate units on their ability to assemble, operate, disassemble, and maintain DEPMEDS and associated equipment, and provide on-the-spot correction and instruction to unit personnel during the evaluation process.* Collect data and information to produce, modify, and update lesson plans. Prepare video, audiovisual, and automated presentations to support lesson plans. Operate personal computers for storing, modifying, and transmitting related information and materials. Make power point presentations and provide recommendations for improving training and lessons learned through the training process.* Develop personnel and materiel requirements for training of units on DEPMEDS Laboratory and associated equipment. Develop training schedules for annual training conducted at the site. Identify supply, maintenance, and personnel requirements for training support and forward these requirements to appropriate site personnel. Test and evaluate individuals on equipment requiring certification and military operators'' permits. Coordinate training and evaluation requirements for unit personnel with other training and evaluation organizations in the Army system.* Keep administrative and training files. Post training regulations, publications, records, and forms. Assist in the maintenance of the site''s training library, to include audiovisual aids. Deliver DTT classes, both in the formal classroom setting, and at on- and off-site locations. Assist with the physical layout of all training areas. Assist in developing supply and equipment requirements for training operations.* Individual will satisfactorily complete observer/controller (O/C) training and serve as O/C to those units/personnel being evaluated. Conduct After Action Reviews (AARs) and provide results to units/personnel to identify shortcomings for resolution. Utilize AAR
