<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Title: SCA Technical Instructor - Food Service - RTS MED - Camp Parks, CALocation: USA-CA: CALIFORNIA-DUBLINJob Number:_1200MJRSCA Technical Instructor/ Food ServiceRTS-MEDCamp Parks, CAEssential Job Functions:* Develops personnel, materiel, and rations requirements for units training on AMFFS and associated equipment. * Develops training schedules for annual training conducted at the site. * Identifies supply, maintenance, rations, and personnel requirements for training support and forwards these requirements to appropriate site personnel. * Coordinates training and evaluation requirements for unit personnel with other training and evaluation organizations in the Army system. * Develop training and material requirements to support warrior task training, Battle command and staff training, basic life support- health care provider, MC4 systems, and MOS/AOC sustainment training.* Keeps administrative and training files. Posts training regulations, publications, records, and forms. Assists with the maintenance of the site''s training library, to include audiovisual aids. Delivers DTT classes, both in the formal classroom setting, and at on- and off-site locations. * Assists with the development of physical layout of all training areas, supply and equipment requirements for training operations.* Individual will attend observer/controller (O/C) training conducted by the government and will serve as O/C to those units/personnel being evaluated. After action reviews (AARs) will be conducted and provided to units/personnel for identification of shortcomings for resolution. AARs will be utilized in the day-to-day training of personnel to provide a higher quality of training supporting lessons-learned concepts for units/personnel.* Performs other duties as assigned by the Lead Trainer.* Conducts training courses, both on-site and on-line for the company''s applications and systems to include lectures and hands-on sessions.* Works with applicable business unit/area to establish specifications of course, prerequisite skills and knowledge for trainees. Ensures that training courses address all levels of employees/trainees. Assists in the design and development of technical training programs and curriculums, both on-site and on-line, for employees on various software and/or hardware applications and systems.* Researches and assists in writing technical and user manuals to support training. Works with engineering, technical support, and/or applicable area to ensure that material is accurate and reflects current product features.* Gathers reviews and analyzes course evaluations to determine effectiveness of training sessions. Prepares recommendations and reports to senior level personnel and/or management. Implements approved revisions to course materials as necessary to improve training effectiveness.* Remains informed of and maintain proficiency with applicable company products.* Works with senior level personnel and business units/technical areas to conduct needs assessments to ensure training needs are met.Qualifications:Basic Qualifications:* Must be a U.S. Citizen.* Individual must have a high school diploma, or equivalent, with an associate
