<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Title: SCA Technical Instructor - OR/CMS - RTS MED - Camp Parks, CALocation: USA-CA: CALIFORNIA-DUBLINJob Number:_1200MJYSCA Technical Instructor OR/ CMSRTS-MEDCamp Parks, CAEssential Job Functions:* After receiving standard Army training on DEPMEDS and associated equipment, incumbent assembles, operates, disassembles, and maintains that equipment at the operator level and completes appropriate maintenance and supply forms.* Provide instruction in the classroom and at on- and off-site locations, often in a field environment, on the assembly, operation, disassembly, and maintenance of DEPMEDS and associated equipment. Evaluate units on their ability to assemble, operate, disassemble, and maintain DEPMEDS and associated equipment, and provide on-the-spot correction and instruction to unit personnel during the evaluation process.* Develop personnel, training and materiel requirements for training of new and existing DEPMEDS, Operating Room and CMS equipment.* Develop training and material requirements to support warrior task training, Battle command and staff training, basic life support- health care provider, MC4 systems, Combat Life Saver training, and MOS/AOC sustainment training. Develop training schedules for annual training conducted at the site.* Test and evaluate individuals on equipment requiring certification and military operators'' permits. Coordinate training and evaluation requirements for unit personnel with other training and evaluation organizations in the Army system.* Keep administrative and training files. Post training regulations, publications, records, and forms. Assist in the maintenance of the site''s training library, to include audiovisual aids. Deliver DTT classes, both in the formal classroom setting, and at on- and off-site locations. Assist with the physical layout of all training areas.* Individual will satisfactorily complete observer/controller (O/C) training and serve as O/C to those units/personnel being evaluated. Conduct After Action Reviews (AARs) and provide results to units/personnel to identify shortcomings for resolution.* Conduct risk assessments and risk mitigation. Ensure all safety and environmental requirements and considerations are implemented prior to the start of training or work.* Perform other duties as assigned by the Lead Trainer.* Teaches one or more short courses in a technical trade or craft such as electricity, electronics, surveying, aircraft, medical applications, or ship fundamentals, prepares an instructional program in accordance with training or other course requirements, assembling materials to be presented.* The incumbent teaches assigned topics in accordance with approved curriculum effectively utilizing all allotted time, maintains proficiency in instructional techniques, incorporates current examples in the teaching process (e.g. develops clarification or real world examples of application related to the subject matter); develops and maintains classroom techniques that reflect professionalism, good discipline and enhance teaching.* Alternates teaching techniques in order to maintain high motivation and interest in the subject areas, administers grades, records and critiques examinations; prepares and administers remedial assignments, submits written recommendations for curriculum updates to ensure consistency with changes and innovations in latest applicable publications or documents.Qualifications:Basic Qualifications:* Must be a U.S. Citizen.* Individual must have at least an Associate
