<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Seeking a Construction Technician that has experience in all phases of pour-in-place concrete construction. Performs assignments that are not completely standardized or prescribed, selects or adapts standard procedures or equipment, using fully applicable precedents, receives initial instructions, equipment requirements, and advice from supervisor or engineer as needed, performs recurring work independently. Constructs components, subunits, or simple models or adapts standard equipment; smoothes and finishes surfaces of poured concrete floors, walls, sidewalks, or curbs to specified textures, using hand tools or power tools, including floats, trowels, and screeds. Work will include setting forms, installation of rebar and inserts, and finishing operations for large concrete pours. Position will require ability to obtain a Security Clearance/National Agency Check w/inquiries (NACI).
