This position is overseen by a Team Lead who will provide operational guidance. The required work schedule will be a Flex-9/80A work schedule.Responsibilities include:- Performing successful root cause analysis for complex problem resolution.- Performing some analysis and assessment of server performance and storage capacity and planning for future needs.- Performing routine server/workstation O/S patching, upgrades, vulnerability/security management and file system maintenance, most of which will occur after-hours and on weekends to avoid customer outages.- User account management.- Maintaining system documentation.- Resolution of service requests, incidents and day-to-day user issues per established procedures.- Successfully installing server and related hardware.- Successfully installing and configuring software applications and programs.- Embracing and demonstrating Lockheed Martin Full Spectrum Leadership behaviors in all aspects of job responsibilities.A current active DoD Secret Clearance is required for this position.Standard Job Description Maintains smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network administrators.
