This Supply Lead manages on-site material requirements to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials, spares, and repaired components to meet execution of the F35 Air Vehicle and operational requirements. This position is also responsible for oversight and performance management of off-site third party logistics provider support and material distribution in and out of the warehouse. Provide leadership subordinate leaders, exempt and represented employees. This position will assist with coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition / disciplinary actions.Additional duties may include the following:1. Responsible for managing kit release plans, bench stock programs, pre-expended bin material requirements and control, reporting of material status to ITF leadership and program offices.2. Managing inventory stocking, cycle count in the JSF storage facility and in custody of regional supply sources.3. Verifying the correctness of incoming shipments and orders.4. Input receipt of goods into respective computer system.5. Ensuring that shipments are properly packaged, identified and with shipping information, and loaded inot transporting vehicles.6. Managing retrograde process for unserviceable items, coordinating return to supplier for repair with JSF Item Analysts.7. Disposition obsolete and scrap items.8. Provide requested reports and charts to the Customer and LM Management depicting support status and demand analysis of spared items.9. Respond to priority customer requests required for mission support, to include after hours.10. Maintain and continually review the JSF Supply Chain Management (SCM) Warehouse Guide for correctness and applicability to sustainment processes.Standard Job Description Manages the efficient flow of goods, services, and information between point of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements.
