Clearance Level Required Candidate must be able to obtain Secret Clearance within 180-days of employment. Active or interim security clearance a plus.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Budget Analysts for USASOC, Resource Management Directorate, Fort Bragg, North Carolina and Fort Gordon, Georgia - you will assist in preparing, transmitting, accepting and administering the DD Form 488 Military Interdepartmental Purchase Request for multiple customers from multiple services and Army units. Understanding of both Army finance and supply, to include basic government obligation rules and stock fund supply procedures. Analyze and recommend movement of obligations, disbursements and deobligations from the USASOC accounting ledger and onto customer ledgers on a quarterly basis. You will provide analysis of the MIPRs spending, ensuring that USASOC does not exceed authorized limit. You will be responsible for both direct and reimbursable MIPRs. You will establish reimbursable accounts and customer numbers for all reimbursable MIPRs. You will track obligations and disbursements and provide reconciliation with the local contracting office. You will prepare reports and conduct spending analysis using software to include dCAS, ILAP, STARFIARS, SARSS, ASIMS, RM on-line, and STANFINS. You will ensure all transactions occur within the guidelines found in DFAS 37-1 and various supply regulations. Experience in establishing reimbursable accounts and customer numbers for MIPRs received as reimbursable.
