They achieve 100 of their goals for daily core solutions. Sales goals are also measured by the service quality of sales offered to customers and include consistently meeting all compliance, regulations and identification guidelines.
Our Sales Bankers play a critical role in our customers lives therefore, predictable and reliable attendance is an essential function of the position. This position requires compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations. Ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting all such requirements, including acceptable background investigation results.Must be able to pass a Spanish proficiency test administered by a third party vendor.
Minimum of 1 year sales and customer service experience
Ability to navigate computer applications in a Windows based environment including
the ability to use search tools like Google to find information
Proven record of achieving aggressive sales goals
Must be able to attend a paid 6 week training course beginning DECEMBER 26, 2012.
  Training hours are Monday through Friday, 830 AM-500PM
Schedules offered after training are between the hours of 600 AM-1200 AM with split
days off one day during the week and one day during the weekend.
