<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>INSPECTOR  Immediate temp-to-hire position available / El Monte, CA. 91731.  Aerospace Manufacturing company looking for a motivated, self-starter.
REQUIREMENTS  Experience in receiving, first article, in process, and final inspection.   Must be proficient in the use of calipers, micrometers, and optical comparator.    Must be able to read  understand blueprints  other specifications.  Must have good communications skills.  Friendly - ability to interact effectively with co-workers, vendors, management, etc.  Attn to detail  ability to perform repetitive tasks a must.   Must be able to pass a simple inspection test.  Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background search, drug screen and pre-employment physical prior to employment.  Computer skills to include Word, Excel, Email.  Must be able to meet attendance  punctuality guidelines very important.  PLUSES  Experience using a spring tester.  First articles per AS 9102, corrective action resolution and reporting, calibration experience, working with source people, internal auditing
background, SPC experience.
DUTIES  Inspecting springs all types, wireforms, and light stampings.  Perform documentation of inspections and long-term goal to be trained working with source inspectors.
MISC   Work hours are 6am to 230pm.  Must be able to work mandatory OT when needed.   Salary will depend on experience up to $16.00 / hour.    Company offers great benefit package once hired, to include 100% PAID HEALTH BENEFITS medical, dental  vision, 401k, vacation, holidays, etc.  Privately owned company, stable financial history, very low turnover never been through lay off.   Temp-to-Hire conversion period is 6 months.
