Provides on-site advice to Accenture&#39;s business units and project teams on contract management and policy compliance matters. The Contract Manager may manage more than one engagement or, alternatively, be full-time on a single engagement (depending on the size/complexity of the agreement).Responsibilities:* Generates reports required to monitor contract compliance* Identifies contract management issues and proposes solutions for approval* Provides negotiation support as required* Independently works at smaller engagements or works within team at a large, complex engagement* Independently applies the contract management tools and techniques to assigned projects* Supports training activities for CM personnel* May have direct interface with Client personnel* Active engagement in regional CM initiatives* Understands basic contracting principlesBasic Qualifications* 4 years experience in the contract management/legal/procurement field or 4 years of Accenture experience* Bachelor&#39;s degreePreferred Qualifications * Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) status and National Contract Management Association (NCMA) membership are preferred* Detail-oriented, organized, flexible* Able to set priorities and juggle multiple demands* Strong written and oral communication skills* Able to apply sound business judgment* Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Candidates who are currently employed by a client of Accenture or an affiliated Accenture business may not be eligible for consideration.Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require now or in the future, sponsorship by the employer for a visa.Accenture is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
