<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>This is a CAD librarian position supporting the Raytheon SAS West Coast engineering community. The position is to work as a librarian using Mentor Data Management (DMS), Expedition Library (DXD) and Library Management System (LMS). This person will also work with the larger Raytheon Corporate Library team in a dynamic multi-platform, multi-disciplined environment.  The candidate is responsible for timely and effective creation of electrical schematic symbols and physical geometry pad pattern footprints. Duties include, but are not limited to desktop and workstation usage and file and folder access management, utilizing parts requests systems Library Tracking Tool (LTT), Library Request Tool (LRT), Component Information Management Systems (CIMS), and Collaborative Design Environment (CDE).The candidate is expected to work well on his or her own with minimal direction. The candidate should be able to multi-task and prioritize work, possess excellent problem solving skills, have strong written and verbal communication skills, is customer focused and organized. In addition to skills for supporting a technical environment, experience with parts data specifications and strong customer interaction skills with users of all levels are required. IRequired Skills:* 6+ years min experience* Familiarity and/or experience with parts data and library management as well as an understanding of electrical design process. * Knowledge of Mentor Data Management (DMS), Expedition Library (DXD) or other related software* In-depth knowledge of operating system concepts and implementations, network services as related to Microsoft Windows environment (Word, Powerpoint, and Excel spreadsheet). * Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as strong customer interaction skills with engineers of all levels.Desired Skills:* Experience with Mentor Graphics Data Management System (DMS), Expedition DX Library (DXD), Library Management System (LMS) for Boardstation and/or experience with design process schematic capture layout tools Mentor Design* Architect (DA) and Boardstation, an understanding of parts data (both electrical and mechanical) and an understanding of IPC-7351 standard land patterns.* Possess knowledge of electrical design process and end-user services delivery best practices and behaviorsRequired Education:* Bachelor''s Degree in Engineering Go further.
