This position will have responsibility to generate new business, and provide strategic direction to broker partner on initiatives to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities* Build business plans with Talbott Team* Provide sales direction to broker partners for Talbott Tea brand* Manage broker to ensure sales targets are met and trade spending is within budget.* Identify and establish business opportunities within sectors* Sell in of Talbott Teas portfolio of programs with multiple customers* Ensure that customer plans are aligned to deliver teams overall volume* Represent company and sell aggressively at industry trade shows* Provide market / customer expertise to VP Sales on all broker and customer issues* Deliver annual sales volume as planned.* Selling at all levels from established customers to cold calls* Management of diverse customer base* Develop productive working relationships at multiple levels of customer and distributor* Develop productive cross functional working relationships with members of Jamba Juice internal teams* Key contact on all customer related issues or concerns* Responsible for management of customers across regionally and geographically diverse marketsQualifications* Minimum education required: Bachelor’s Degree* Results driven; Experience managing sales brokers 3-5+ years of direct sales experience* Background in food service / hospitality sales* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Strategic thinking and analytical skills* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills* Strong leadership skills* This position works from a home based office environment. Approximately 50-60% Travel required.
