<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Our client, located in Encinitas, California, is seeking an Onsite Sales Representative. This position reports to the Customer Service Manager. The primary focus for the On-Site Sales position is selling and closing new sales opportunities with new customers, existing customers, non-returning customers, and new leads either through Broker or directly. As an On-Site Sales Representative you will be calling and talking to customers over the telephone in an open team environment. On-Site Sales Representative should be effective in coordinating purchase orders and service between the Customer Service department and Sales Department. On-Site Sales Representatives will meet or exceed monthly sales quotas at the appropriate margin while increasing customer satisfaction. Main Duties: * Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and some technical information* Identifies decision makers among defined customers in order to start sales process* Increase sales and average order size by cross-selling and up-selling* Captures accurate and complete information in Customer Relationship Management system (CRM)* Travel to support sales, training meeting, customer visits, and trade shows Hours: Monday to Friday from 6:00am - 3:00pm
