JOB SUMMARY:

<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>The Organization Development Manager will plan and coordinate employee training and development programs for the organization. They will consult on organizational design with business unit leaders toward aligning strategy, structure, processes, metrics and people, and will develop and facilitate the company-wide processes of talent management, succession planning, high potential leadership development, and workforce planning. This individual will design and manage the high potential leadership development program to include identifying and assessing talent, creating individual development and retention plans, and recommending talent movement. They will design and manage the organization-wide succession planning process to identify talent for key positions and build future bench strength as well as design and manage workforce planning process to identify business drivers and translate them into future talent needs. Also, this individual will facilitate change management methodologies associated with organizational transition activities including checking for alignment with change sponsors, identifying stakeholders, facilitating process management skill development, evaluating organizational readiness and monitoring adoption.
The successful candidate will assesses organization-wide leadership development needs and deliver solutions to bridge skill gaps through custom course design, training delivery e.g., DDI, group facilitation, outside vendors, coaching, reference library, leadership meetings and custom programs as needed. This individual will partner with business leaders, internal Human Resources Business Partners and Performance Consultants on team effectiveness and leadership development interventions. They will contribute to employee communication and feedback through such avenues as company meetings, suggestion programs, employee engagement surveys, newsletters, employee focus groups, one-on-one meetings and Intranet use. As a key player, they will need to identify, monitor and implement programs that align the organizations culture with companys goals and promote employee engagement. They will facilitate a process of organization development that plans, communicates and integrates the results of strategic planning throughout the organization.
Requirements
For consideration candidates will need a fifth year college/university program certificate, ten 10 plus years of related experience in organization development or leadership development and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and job related experience. A Masters degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, or Industrial/Organizational Psychology is preferred. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook software. Development Dimensions International facilitations skills certification and statistical analysis skills are highly preferred.
