A valid California drivers license.
Available to work Day/Evening/Noc Shifts.
Available to work weekdays and weekends.
Monitors clients when clients are not in
group. Communicates with clients to check on
physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
Maintains special observations of high-
risk clients. Reports critical information to
nurse and program staff in regard to clients. May
co-facilitate rehabilitation groups
under supervision of program staff. Participates
as team member in crisis intervention. Assists in
establishment and maintenance of therapeutic
milieu by observing and reporting unusual client
behaviors to the charge nurse. Completes
documentation as specified in policies. Assists
clients with ADLs as needed. Is required to take
vital signs. Accompanies clients
to appointments and community-based programs.
All other duties as assigned.
