<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>This intermittent position provides behavioral and support services to children and adults who have developmental disabilities uses intervention strategies that reflect evidence based practices to increase developmentally appropriate skills as overseen by a behavioral consultant as assigned, performs personal attendant duties performs related work as assigned.  Work is generally performed within the focus individuals residence or in community settings. <br>Work may be performed with or without the focus individuals family members present,
depending upon the specific individual and the focus for the day.<br> Qualifications<br>
Must be 18 years of age, have high school diploma, able to provide CPR and First Aid certification, and obtain a criminal history fingerprint clearance.<br> Must have an available vehicle for work and current automobile insurance. Prefer college coursework in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or related field. Requires 6 full time months experience providing direct care/supervision and positive behavioral support to individuals who have developmental disabilities. Ability to complete 16 hours of ABA competency based training and Pro-ACT certification within 90 days of hire.
