<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>1404">Director, TSS Information Security and ServicesJob Code :1404Division :Information TechnologyLocation :Fairfield CA US 94534Job Type :Full TimeCareer Level :Manager (Manager/Supervisor of Staff)Education :Bachelor''s DegreeSkill :Information Technology ->Security, IT Project Manager, Database Administrator, Telephone / Voicemail SystemCategory :Information TechnologyJob Description :The Director for Information Security and Services reports to the VP of TSS Technology Operations, and is responsible for the following key IT domains:&bull; TSS Information Security&bull; TSS Technology Compliance Services&bull; TSS Release Management&bull; TSS Data Center Services&bull; Strategic Technology ProjectsThe individual in this role is responsible for working closely with the Copart TSS leadership and management team members to implement the appropriate capabilities (i.e., policies, processes, measures, team/skills and tools) to enable the Copart TSS team&rsquo;s ability to plan, manage, measure and analyze within these core domains.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:&bull; Lead efforts to plan, implement, manage and support Copart&rsquo;s TSS Information Security policies, processes, measures, tools and reporting for each of the area of responsibility; lead efforts to build and manage Information Security team and associated structure, roles & responsibilities, skills/capabilities for each of the domains&bull;Provide strategic direction for current and future security assessment, vulnerability management and application security initiatives&bull; Compliance Management Office &ndash; serve as overall steward of core controls and compliance processes (incident, problem, defect, change, release management); in doing so, lead implementation, management and support of required core IT process policies, training, standards, measures/reporting and required toolset&bull;Research cutting-edge information security topics and vulnerabilities to remain current with potential threats to the our environment and infrastructure&bull; Vendor Management &ndash; serve as a steward of IT vendors (security, compliance and release management) and associated Security assets (hardware & software); in doing so, lead quarterly vendor planning, management and review processes&bull; Work closely with various business partners (e.g., Finance, Operations, Marketing) and TSS leadership, management, application, delivery and support teams to build awareness, understanding, implementation and ongoing management & support of company policies, processes, measures, tools and reporting&bull; Using planning and analysis capabilities, work closely with key TSS team members to proactively plan, manage, support and analyze IT programs/projects, IT processes, IT vendors and IT performance in order to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness&bull; Ensure adherence to quality, security and risk management (e.g., SOX) requirements as it relates to TSS planning & analysis capabilitiesJob Requirements :Desired Skills & Experience&bull; Minimum of 10 years of IT Governance, IT Program Management, IT Process Management (i.e., ITIL) as well as IT Operations, IT Security, IT Vendor and IT Planning & Management experience&bull; Strong business and technology acumen; solid understanding of general IT services, processes, measures and related capabilities&bull; Solid understanding of IT governance as well as vendor relations, program & project management&bull; Solid understanding of IT process (i.e., ITIL) management including incident, problem, defect, change and release management&bull; Strong skills/experience in implementing, managing and supporting required policies, processes, teams, measures, tools and reporting particularly as it relates to IT operations management, IT security management, IT vendor management, IT compliance management & IT performance management&bull; Well-developed influencing and change management skills that will allow for significant IT-enabled program, process
