JOB SUMMARY:

Coordinates and delivers designated training
programs for non-exempt and exempt employees.
Recommends and develops training courses,
materials, and activities. Assists the other
Training Specialists.
Responsibilities
*  Provides classroom, one-on-one, and on-
the-job training to new and existing employees on
technical and non-technical subjects in a
logistics center environment.
*  Conducts OSHA and Safety compliance
training.
*  Conducts forklift certification
program.
*  Conducts process flow, DCS and
technical training on-site, and work method and
process flow training as identified, created and
necessary.
*  Performs ongoing review and updating of
existing designated training documentation in
concert with Corporate Logistics staff, and
evaluates the overall effectiveness of the
training program.
*  Provides support to training team
members serves as a mentor to new team members,
including onsite assistance.

Knowledge and/or expertise in related area of
responsibility. Possesses strong organizational
and time management skills, driving tasks to
completion. Able to use relevant computer system
applications which may include spreadsheets, word
processors, databases, etc at an intermediate
level.
*  Experience in training delivery
preferred.
*  Experience in SAPWM preferred
