Inbound and outbound calls, coordinating sales team efforts by monitoring administrative projects, calendaring, e-mail and memo composition.Sales Coordinator Job Duties:- Provides administrative and clerical support.-Provides support and information by answering phones, e-mails, and other requests.- Compose letters, e-mails, and other documents as needed.- Calendaring and Scheduling.- Completes operational requirements by scheduling any administrative projects; expediting work results.- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.-Data entry and logging on company specific software.Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pmSkills/Qualifications:*Minimum 1-2 years previous administrative assistant experience a must.*Administrative experience as in sales department coordination or in a sales environment strongly preferred.*Must have experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office and related computer systems. General computer literacy on wide range of computer programs.*Great verbal, written, and organizational skills.*Analytical and problem solving abilities.*Team Player.To apply: 1.
