This position does not require the employee to work in-house working from their home office is an option. This is a part-time to full-time position. The responsibilities of the position are as follows
Coordinate and assist with event logistics. This involves sourcing and scouting potential event locations, contacting vendors, taking care of appropriate permits and reservations, volunteer coordination, organize, set-up and clean-up of events. Ability to create room layouts, and work with the Living Light Marketing team. Duties include shipping, research, hotel/car reservations, and finding organic markets.
Coordinate mailings, process event registrations and manage registration lists. Draft, distribution and the requisite follow up of mass e-mail communications and invitations.
Serve in a customer service role responding by phone, e-mail and have person-to-person contact with hosts, sponsors, executive office and clients. Perform a variety of routine clerical activities, which may include scanning documents, copying and/or other related activities. Perform a variety of accounts payable activities, including preparing check requests budgets, purchase orders monitoring expenses processing invoices and completing expense reports. Prior social media campaign organization and copywriting skills are imperative. Strong writing and communication skills. Other duties, as assigned.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
2 years High School/GED
