<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARDRaytheon Technical Services Company is seeking a candidate for the position of Equipment Maintenance Manager for the US Army''s Ft. Irwin Logistics Support Services (Ft. Irwin LSS) program. Ft. Irwin LSS provides all resources and management necessary to perform Logistical Support Services in support of Rotational Units for the National Training Center (NTC) and Ft. Irwin, CA to include: Bulk and Retail Mobility Fuel Supply Points (POL), Ammunition Supply Point (ASP), Direct Support Supply Activity (DSSA), Brigade Equipment and Support (AWRPS), and other associated functions. The program is in effect a subordinate battalion to the 916 th Support Brigade.The Ft. Irwin LSS Equipment Maintenance Manager will assist the LSS Program Manager in ensuring that all assigned equipment including electronics equipment is properly maintained and stored in support or Rotational Unit demands.  The Equipment Maintenance Manager (EMM) may at times interface with the Government as the PM''s representative as well as have frequent contact with the customer-916 th Support Brigade Personnel-and the end user, various rotational units.  The EMM will participate in meetings and conferences as directed by the Program Manager or Deputy Program Manager.The EMM will assist the PM by providing support, leadership, and oversight for a work force of 200-500 during rigorous rotational unit support requirements, seven days a week. Responsibilities of the supported program manager include coordinating functional support, and providing reports as necessary for the proper management review and oversight of this program. The size of the organization will be determined as the program is further developed, but the Equipment Maintenance Manager should be able to lead, coordinate, and manage multiple direct reports and functionally supporting personnel in direct support of the 916 th Support Brigade leadership direction.An ideal candidate will have an extensive maintenance and supply background supporting Heavy Maneuver forces for the United States Army, with Rotational Experience at the NTC as a player unit or permanently assigned cadre and possess an in depth understanding of the US Army, an extensive working knowledge of Army operations, logistics and maintenance, and working personal experience with Ft. Irwin. The successful candidate must be able to provide to the customer a broad range of knowledge, skills, and capabilities to meet logistical support requirements and be able to interact knowledgeably and easily with appropriate 916 th Support Brigade and NTC personnel and contractors to maximize the benefit to the Government. The successful candidate in this role will demonstrate not only high technical competence, but also exemplary management skills and the ability to staff and meet demanding and changing mission support requirements with little advance notice. Additionally, the EMM may be called upon to provide support simultaneously to multiple organizations to meet competing priorities with limited resources.Required Skills:* At least five (5) years of general management experience in maintenance and equipment storage functions.* Must have successfully completed a US Army commissioned officer or warrant officer management course, noncommissioned officer MOS 91Z (Senior Maintenance Supervisor), or equivalent civilian acquired occupational skill criteria contained in DoD Occupation Database , DoD 1312.1-I, AR 611-1, and DA PAM 611-21* Excellent oral and written communication skills.* Experience with the Army Oil Analysis Program* Knowledge and experience with a host of Army maintenance management and reporting systems including TAMMS, ULLS, SARRS, and STAMIS Desired Skills: * 10+ years in US Army logistics or operational assignments at the battalion level or higher* Assignment as a Battalion Maintenance Officer, Battalion Maintenance Tech (Warrant Officer 3 or higher), and Battalion Maintenance Sergeant (MSG/E-8) of
