We are currently looking for multiple dynamic and career-oriented professionals to join our client''s team.The Machine Maintenance Technician position entails the following duties:* Responsible for performing electrical and / or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems with non functioning electromechanical equipment such as die attach, wirebonders (manual and automatic), automatic dispenser, tape & reel packaging stations, automated test systems for both per-test and final test, and laser trimers.* Examples: Datacon EVO2200 die attach, K&S 8098 wire bonder, Asymtek dispensing system.  Dismantles, adjusts, repairs and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating and repair manuals.* Uses test and diagnostic equipment to identify problems* Rebuilds equipment as required.* Performs equipment modifications as directed by manufacturing engineers.* Performs changeovers to convert machines between products.* Perform preventive maintenance duties on production equipment.* Take ownership of small projects and equipment assembly tasks as required.* Complete and maintain required documentation for quality standards.In today
