<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>A local Premier Grower Shipper Packer is in search for an Assistant Shop  Equipment Manager who will assist the Shop Manager in the maintenance and repairs of the Companys extensive farming, trucking, and processing plant equipment.
SUMMARY
Maintain and Repair the operations fleet of tractors, trucks, and miscellaneous agriculture equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS
#10146Knowledge of farm machinery, hydraulic systems, diesel and gas engines. 10 yrs. experience
#10146Arc and gas welding
#10146Maintain and repair equipment. 10 yrs. Experience
#10146Ability to supervise and organize a staff of up to 6 mechanics. 5 yrs. experience
#10146Ability to work in a teamwork environment and be self-supervisor.
#10146Valid drivers license with a clean DMV record.
#10146Have tools.
#10146Order replacement parts if necessary.
#10146Able to work in a fast paces environment and up to 60 hours and 7 days during busy season.
#10146Other responsibilities as directed by the Shop Manager.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
#10146Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
#10146Stand for extended periods of time
#10146Able to manipulate small tools.
