<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>descriptionWill assist the Shop Manager in the maintenance and repairs of the Company''s extensive farming, trucking, and processing plant equipment.Maintain and Repair the operation''s fleet of tractors, trucks, and miscellaneous agriculture equipment.Working hours: Ag Hours 40 +--Knowledge of farm machinery, hydraulic systems, diesel and gas engines. (10 yrs. experience)--Arc and gas welding--Maintain and repair equipment. (10 yrs. Experience)--Ability to supervise and organize a staff of up to 6 mechanics. (5 yrs. experience)--Ability to work in a teamwork environment and be self-supervisor.--Valid driver''s license with a clean DMV record.--Have tools.--Order replacement parts if necessary.--Able to work in a fast paces environment and up to 60 hours and 7 days during busy season.--Other responsibilities as directed by the Shop ManagerRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
