The VA Central California Health Care System, Fresno, CA, is a Level II complexity medical center that also supports three community-based outpatient clinics located in Tulare, Merced and Oakhurst.  Fresno is located in the heart of California, adjacent to three national parks, including Yosemite and year-round recreation. The Department of Veterans offers great benefits, including paid vacation and Thrift Savings Plan (similar to 401K) with matching contributions.
