JOB SUMMARY:

<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Skilled Maintenance Mechanic needed for Winery/ Distillery/Fruit Juice Processing facility located in Fresno. Must have five years of strong working knowledge, excellent welding skills and fabricating skills. Mechanical skills-repair pumps, valves and gear boxes. Troubleshoot and install systems on process and production equipment, Strong industrial electrical 480 V 3-phase, 220V and 110V circuit breakers and variable frequency drives VFD. Calibrate plant instrumentation in a wide variety of makes and types. Perform preventative and scheduled maintenance in processing equipment. PLC knowledge and Sanitary welding a plus. Must be able to read, write, speak and communicate effectively in English. Must be flexible to work any shift and overtime as needed, including week-ends during peak season. Valid drivers license with good driving record required. Excellent benefit package including medical, dental, paid vacation, 401k, etc. after 90-day probationary period.
