<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Adecco is looking for a bilingual Spanish candidate to work with one of our major Gilroy companies.  Responsibilities include working from instructions and line downtime log to provide immediate response to maintenance problems troubleshooting, evaluating, repairing, and testing equipment quickly in order to minimize downtime working closely with operators and being aware of operator-related equipment problems assisting with operator preventive maintenance training, coaching and auditing of preventive maintenance activity to ensure they are being performed correctly.  Performing required preventive maintenance duties on a daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly basis per specifications on all assigned equipment or as directed.  Using diagnostic functions when troubleshooting electrical/electronic problems.  Performing special projects and other duties for personal development as assigned.  Maintaining familiarity with and able to perform repairs on all product movement systems.  Performing additional duties assigned including carrying out responsibilities, performing duties, using skills, and working in conditions necessary to perform all assigned tasks in support of the total division. Electrical troubleshooting experience is #1 required,Understanding of 480 volts, able to think about and understand the flow of electricity electrical experience required.
